How do your services work?
Once you decide to list your property, and we have determined that the property is a good candidate for our services, we will then enter into an exclusive arrangement and immediately begin the marketing and listing process. The process takes 90 days from start to finish. Each property is listed on our website, along with maps and an executive summary of the package. During the 90 days, we work to generate interest in your property through direct marketing, newsletters, emails and industry events and expos. We make sure your property is placed in front of the right people. We also publish all of our listings in our newsletter, The Lease Alert. The Lease Alert is received by more than 10,000 oil and gas industry professionals and is a great way to market our listings. During the 90 days, we will notify you of any and all interest and/or offers we receive on your property. You can accept or reject any of the offers.

 

How do you evaluate each property?
We have experienced oil and gas professionals who evaluate your property's characteristics, compare their findings with our proprietary market sources, and take into account a host of other factors. How much do you charge to list a property? Is there a commission?
We require no engagement fees for our services. Thus, our services are free if you do not wish to accept any of the offers presented to you. Our brokerage commission varies depending on the size and location of the acreage or package. Contact us for more details.

 

How will my property be listed?
Every listing professionally marketed by us includes a brochure, executive summary, reference map, engineering data (if applicable), and any other information that might be useful to an interested party.

 

Can I view my property online?
Yes, you can view all of our listings online by registering as a property owner and logging on to the website.

 

 

Buyer/Bidder Questions

I am interested in one of the properties you have listed. How do I get more information?

How do I find out about new listings?
We encourage you to check our website frequently as we update regularly. Our newsletter, Lease Alert, is also a great way to keep up-to-date with industry news and new listings.

 

How do I get a copy of your newsletter, Lease Alert?
Email Taylor Green and request to be added to our newsletter list. Don't worry, we never sell our distribution lists.

 

How do I make an offer on a listing?
